Silbersee’s next production Aventure di anima e di corpo
Rehearsals started for this new production that will be premiered on March 2018 during the Opera Forward Festival in Amsterdam. Future performances will follow in Haarlem and other locations.
Under the direction of Romain Bischoff, Nina Spijkers and Francine Vis, the “opera” will include Ligeti’s Aventures and Nouvelles Aventures, as well as a new opera written by French composer Raphaël Cendo.
It will be a very especial performance, since all the instrumentalists of the ensemble will join the singers and perform with their voice as well, becoming much more than just musicians playing a traditional opera.
